We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to lead our go-to-market motion. You’ll work directly with the founders to build and own our outbound pipeline.
About the role
As our first BDR, you’ll identify, engage, and qualify prospects who need better AI monitoring. The work is part research and part writing: digging into accounts, crafting outreach that gets opened, and booking meetings that convert to revenue.
What you’ll do
- Build outbound pipeline. Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and run multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Own your territory. Manage a book of target accounts with a structured prospecting cadence.
- Work with the founders on market feedback, messaging, and the sales playbook.
- Hit monthly pipeline generation and meeting goals.
What we’re looking for
- Salary: competitive base ($30k-60k) and ARR-based bonus (up to 100% of salary).
- 3-5 years in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Hunter mentality. You like the chase and can build pipeline from scratch.
- Organized. You manage your pipeline, follow up consistently, and keep your CRM clean.
- Comfortable with technology. You can learn our product quickly and speak credibly to technical buyers.
- Self-starter. You don’t wait to be told what to do.
